Description

Heinrich Loeffelhardt, a student of the famous Bauhaus pioneer designer Wilhelm Wagenfeld, designed this classic tea service using advanced heat resistant glass. In its production, both hand and machine glassmaking techniques are used to ensure that the pot pours without dripping while the glass handle stays cool to the touch.
A horizontally oriented photograph features a circular, transparent glass cover centered against a smooth gray background. The object consists of a wide, flaring rim and a shallow recessed center atop a short cylindrical base. Bright white reflections gleam across the colorless surfaces, while a sharp, dark ringed shadow is cast below. The minimalist composition highlights the geometric clarity of the glass through the interplay of light, form, and shadow.
