A circular sculpture of cotton rope sits on a wooden floor, forming a low, thick cylinder. Tiny black glass beads coat every surface, giving the rope a dense, knobby texture. The rope coils tightly into vertical rows that wind continuously around a hollow center. Light catches individual beads, highlighting the uniform, repetitive structure of the exterior and interior walls as they stack vertically to create the ring's sturdy form.
