An inkwell features two clear glass spheres stacked vertically. The larger base is a flattened globe with a vertical cylindrical hollow visible in its center, transitioning from transparent at the top to deep charcoal at the bottom. Resting atop the base is a smaller, solid glass sphere. Curved, dark shadows appear within the transparent forms, while a circular shadow spreads across the light gray surface from beneath the object.
