A snuff box features a lobed, oval body and domed lid made of reddish-brown aventurine glass. Suspended metallic flakes sparkle across the polished surface, accented by dark horizontal bands. A scalloped gold rim with a molded edge secures the lid to the base. The smooth, lustrous material reflects light, highlighting the dense gold glitter trapped within the deep brown glass and the elegant, undulating contours of the vessel.
