A flat, rectangular cigarette case in gold features a lid with geometric patterns of inlaid agate. Polished stones in deep green, bright red, and orange sit within decorative gold bands, alongside translucent white agate with gray or peach bands. At the center sits a gold shield engraved with a monogram. Along the gold sides run engraved scrolling patterns. A small gold clasp is positioned on the left side.
