A gold and agate vanity case is shaped like a small rectangular box. Detailed gold openwork with swirling, organic patterns overlays translucent gray and brown stone panels. An arched gold handle on top features a central shell-shaped motif. A single clear gemstone is set into the center front below the lid's seam. The box is supported by four small, rounded gold feet at the corners.
