A cylindrical gold box features circular and rectangular panels of aventurine, a reddish-brown material filled with tiny gold specks. On the lid, a round central panel is framed by two concentric gold bands with a twisted rope-like texture. Around the sides, similar panels are divided by thin vertical gold bars. Matching rope-textured gold bands border the top and bottom edges of the box.
