A circular silver plate features a scalloped rim decorated with scrolling foliage and diamond-patterned panels, including a monogram at the top. The smooth center contains an engraved coat of arms where a bird and a stag flank a central shield topped by a crown and animal crest. Below the shield, a ribbon is inscribed with "UBIQUE PATRIAM REMINISCI."
