A woven wool square shawl features intricate patterns radiating from a central red star. Toward the upper left and lower right, large, curved teardrop shapes contain dark-brown motifs, while the upper right and lower left feature similar light-blue shapes. Densely packed cream and orange patterns fill the background. A border of repeating pointed shapes and a short, multicolored fringe finish the edges of the pieced-together textile.
