Did You Know?

Vigadh is also known as vihaga, a word for “morning” in Pahari languages.

Description

A couple sits on a striped carpet (durri) inside a brightly lit chamber. The man stretches his arms, apparently having just awoken, while the woman kneels before him in a gesture of address. Architectural details on the second floor include niches for bottles and red curtains rolled up to allow a breeze to pass through colorful bamboo screens.
