Solstice 2012: Hello Food Trucks!
Solstice, the museum’s annual summer music festival and late-night bash, is right around the corner. In the spirit of keeping things jumping all night long, we are driving attention to local street cuisine by inviting some of the city’s best food trucks onto the premises. Throughout the night food will be available for purchase from some of the funkiest and most creative chefs in town: Fired Up Taco Truck, StrEat Mobile Bistro, Noshbox, and, for those who love an indulgence, Sweet! The Mobile Cupcakery. It’s been two years since the food truck scene started to take hold in Cleveland, and it is surely here full force – so we’re taking advantage. From tacos to cupcakes to shwarmas, Solstice will offer late night eats for vegetarians and omnivores alike. And with bands coming from all over the world, Solstice continues to evolve into the ultimate harmonic and gustatory convergence of summertime music, art, food, and fun.
