Mango Lassi II

"An Indian yogurt drink—smooth, creamy, and absolutely heavenly!"

Ingredients
2 mangos - peeled, seeded, and diced
2 cups plain yogurt
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup ice

Directions:
In a blender, combine mangos, yogurt, sugar and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

 

Lemon Ginger Chill

Ingredients
4 oz. Bombay Gin
2 tsp. lemon juice
Small piece ginger
5 mint leaves
Sugar according to your taste
Salt, a pinch
4 cups shaved ice

Directions:
Mix ingredients in the blender for a few seconds. Strain. Pour into 4 tall glasses over ice. Serve with lemon slices.
