Listen & Learn: Ohio City Stages Concert Performers
The Cleveland Museum of Art celebrates summer with Ohio City Stages, presented by Charter One. These block parties, now in their second season, feature acclaimed global music artists on a neighborhood stage outside the Transformer Station on West 29th Street. These FREE concerts take place every Wednesday in July at 7:30 p.m. Performances this year - many of which a first in Cleveland - include Chicha Libre, Noura Mint Seymali, Conjunto Chappotin y Sus Estrellas, BaianaSystem, and Mokoomba.
Before the series kicks off, we sat down with Tom Welsh, Director of City Stages at the Cleveland Museum of Art, to talk more about the artists performing at this year's Ohio City Stages series in our podcast below.
