Centennial Festival Weekend is Sat, June 25 & Sun, June 26!

This weekend, 6/25-6/26, is the one we have all been anxiously awaiting, the CMA’s Centennial Festival Weekend! This weekend-long event will feature a wide array of performances and special programming for museum visitors. Inside the museum, you will find a variety of special tours, meditation in the galleries, music and more. Outside, visitors can participate in yoga on the museum lawn, and around Wade Lagoon, festival goers can engage with local artists as they create original artworks. These sculptors, painters, writers, and printmakers will be working in temporary studio settings while encouraging festival goers to interact with them as they create.  Throughout the weekend, large scale art installations and special performances will add to the festivities. Here is everything you need to know to make your Centennial Festival Weekend a success.
