CMA's Studio Go 2017 Season!

Many may be familiar with Studio Go from last year, between March 2016 and October 2016, the CMA’s mobile outreach van Studio Go visited 42 community events, festivals, and celebrations. The CMA’s Studio Go directly served more than 5,000 patrons, delivering hands-on art experiences to neighborhoods across Northeast Ohio throughout the season. People of all ages participated in art exploration activities that sparked curiosity and created deeper ties to the Cleveland Museum of Art’s world renowned collection. With this successful first season we have decided to continue creating with the greater Cleveland community.

This year we are expanding the programing of the Studio Go truck and are excited to be doing more fun and new things including a summer long community project. We are collaging on large pieces of foam and creating a three dimensional sculpture. The sculpture will be displayed at the International Community Day on Sunday, October 8, 2017. Come add on to the sculpture at different events and join in on the fun.

We will be at arts festivals, farmers markets, summer reading clubs, concerts and health fairs throughout the summer. Click here for a list of events and use the hashtag when you come visit us, #CMAStudioGo!  Cannot wait to see you at our next event!
