Paul Jacobs gained national attention as a concert organist in 2000, shortly after his 23rd birthday, when he performed the complete organ works of J.S.Bach in 14 consecutive evenings both in New York City and Philadelphia. Invited to be a featured performer at the 2004 national convention of the American Guild of Organists in Los Angeles, Jacobs is the youngest person ever appointed to the faculty of the Juilliard School.
