A Sun and Moon Practice for Balance and Ease—Lizbeth Wolfe

Celebrate this Saturday’s new moon with Lizbeth Wolfe, who will lead a hatha flow yoga class aimed at focusing your intentions and balancing oppositions in your life. This class is suitable for all levels.

Lizbeth has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and is certified in therapeutic yoga, prenatal yoga, and aqua yoga. Lizbeth has a special focus on Yoga Therapy, Prenatal Yoga, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga Practice. Additionally, she is a registered Karuna Reiki Master and Traditional Thai Yoga Massage practitioner. Lizbeth’s yoga classes focus on yoga as a healing and restorative therapy. Her focus is on the fundamentals of posture, breathing and relaxation, while moving forward in developing a more in depth yoga practice. Slow, deep, and graceful flow for all levels of students with attention given to alignment, core strengthening, flexibility, stamina, and energy balancing. She teaches at the Cleveland Clinic and at River’s Edge.
