Raja Yoga Meditation—Yoga of the Mind

This lecture and practical session will be presented by forty-year meditator Brian Jones of the Natural Path Meditation Center of Cleveland. This session is for beginners and seasoned meditators alike and will focus on the spiritual aspects of meditation and the tools one uses to personally experience the art of transformation. Everyone can join as no physical postures, chanting, or breathing is required. Raja Yoga is the highest form of Yoga and refers to "thought" as the connecting link to the highest Self within. We invite you to become enlightened!

The Natural Path Meditation Center of Cleveland teaches a very simple and effective practice of meditation based on Raja Yoga—Yoga of the Mind. This practice uses the mind to train itself to become centered and balanced. Our method is free to all. Group meditation is held twice weekly.
