Interactive Features
Included in the exhibtion Dukes & Angels: Art from the Court of Burgundy are a number of interactive elements designed to help the visitor better understand the importance of the Burgundian Dukes as patrons of the arts in Europe during the late Middle Ages.
--Hear a selection of Burgundian music as you enter the exhibition space.
--Pick-up an acoustiguide tour of the exhibition featuring commentary by Katharine Lee Reid, Director of the Cleveland Museum of Art, as well as others.
--Marvel at a 3-D graphic, working model of the museum's unique medieval Table-Fountain team created by David Fleischer, Professor of Animation at the Cleveland Institute of Art and his team.
--Spend some time in the exhibition's New Media Room inside the exhibition features a series of short videos about politics, life, and art under Philip the Bold and his son, John the Fearless as well as an interactive Burgundian Study Kiosk, allowing the visitor to explore works or art and ideas relating to the artistic patronage and patrimony of the Dukes of Burgundy.
