I would like to schedule a class in Studio Play. How do I do that?

  • Studio Play is a space intended for family groups. We currently do not have the resources to accommodate groups. The museum does offer experiences for preschool and school classes in the museum’s galleries and in the studio classrooms.

Can I use the app to create a tour for my school group?

  • Gallery One resources were developed for a general audience therefore there are no customizations specifically aimed at school groups. However, teachers have two options for sharing a tour with students. First, you can create and save the tour on your own device. For multiple personal iPads, you will need to create the tour on each device to make certain it is permanently saved. If you would like tours to be available to your students on rented iPads, we suggest creating a tour a couple of days before your visit to ensure it shows up in the “Visitor-Created Tours” section. Pressing the “favorite” button will also cause your tour to move up in the rankings and will ensure its visibility.
