Named Chair Opportunities

Endowed chairs are vital tools for supporting art acquisition, research, conservation, exhibitions, and other areas. Established through a philanthropic commitment, a chair provides an annual source of income to enable the chair holder to pursue innovative programs and initiatives and is a lasting legacy commemorating the donor’s generosity. Many chair designations, which begin with gifts of $1.5 million, are available and include positions in the curatorial, conservation, and director posts in various departments throughout the museum. We welcome the opportunity to meet with you and/or your financial or legal representative to determine what is right for you before making important philanthropic decisions. For further discussions about this substantial gift to the museum, please contact Marjorie Williams, Senior Director of Endowment Development, at 216-707-2481 or mwilliams [at] clevelandart [dot] org
