Jackal

Jackal3.jpg - 29.7 K

Did you know...
*Jackals are members of the canine family.

*The Egyptian god Anubis is represented with the head of a jackal and the body of a man. He also appears entirely as a jackel.

*The jackal represents Anubis, protector of the dead. Anubis was thought to guard the embalmed body.

Look for...
*A pair of jackals

* Anubis kneeling (remember he is part man and part animal)
