Art & Literature Book Club
Join fellow art and book lovers for stimulating conversations that explore how notable authors and visual artists inspire reflection on the human condition. February’s selection is Claudia Rankine’s Citizen: An American Lyric, which is also the focus of the countywide Big Read program hosted by the Center for Arts-Inspired Learning. Participants meet for two sessions over two weeks: a gallery talk in Who RU2 Day: Mass Media and the Fine Art Print during week one; a roundtable book discussion during week two. Participants may sign up for either the Sunday or Wednesday sessions. $15, CMA members $10; preregistration required. Register online or through the ticket center at 216-421-7350.
