Art to Go Program Fees

We have reached maximum capacity for Art to Go presentations in April and May 2017. We look forward to working with you to bring Art to Go to your students next year! 


New Reduced Fees! Art To Go is now more affordable than ever.

Single Art to Go presentations: $100

Back-to-Back presentations of the same topic on the same day: $75 EACH

Public Libraries: $75

Transportation Surcharge (beyond Cuyahoga County): additional $25 per visit within 50 miles; 50 miles or more, $.50 per mile

Art to Go presentations may be made at the museum, alone or in conjunction with a gallery tour or self-guided visit. Please indicate details of your plans on the online registration form.

All in-house Art to Go presentations: $75

Art to Go presentations that are cancelled by the scheduling institution with fewer than 2 business days’ notice will be invoiced at the full fee stated on the confirmation letter. Please email your intent to cancel to the program coordinator at klevinsky [at] clevelandart.org. If you do not receive confirmation, please call the Art to Go cancellation hotline at 216-707-2464.


Limited scholarships are available for low-wealth school districts. If 30% (or more) of your students receive free or reduced lunches, please contact us for more information on the scholarship policy at klevinsky [at] clevelandart.org.
