The museum’s Protection Services department seeks a Security Supervisor to join its Protection Services staff. The Security Supervisor supervises and coordinates the activities of the museum’s security force to provide protection and security of the collection, facility, staff, patrons and visitors to ensure excellence in public relations.
Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma and a minimum of two to three years of related experience. College coursework helpful as well as prior first-aid and CPR training and computer alarm systems training. Candidates will have excellent interpersonal skills, be dependable and be willing and available to work evenings and weekends as required. 240 hour State of Ohio Private Police Commission preferred. In this role, the Security Supervisor will occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
