Description

"If I could do anything," Berman said, "I’d spend my days in the wilderness." Berman’s interest lies not in spectacular vistas but in quieter scenes where the landscape remains devoid of human presence. Taken from a hilltop vantage in the deserts of southwestern Arizona, this image captures the empty, desolate character of the uninhabited desert wilderness.
