Want to make the fun of our Summer Solstice Party extend beyond the event itself? Then, you’ll want to take advantage of these partnerships with local restaurants and hotels that have generously agreed to help us make this a Solstice to remember.
Every day from now through June 19, Zack Bruell’s restaurant group will be counting down to the Summer Solstice Party by featuring special Summer Solstice prix fixe, three-course dinner menus.
The group is made up of four local restaurants: Table 45, Chinato, Parallax, and L’Albatros. L’Albatros Brasserie & Bar was listed as one of Esquire magazine’s Best New Restaurants of 2009, an honor also received by Table 45 in 2007 and Parallax in 2003. Bruell is a three-time James Beard Award semifinalist.
Table 45 at the Intercontinental Hotel will feature one specially-designed Solstice menu throughout this period: Warm fig and arugula salad with champagne vinaigrette; Latin marinated hanger steak with boniato root mash, summer gremolata, and plantain chips; Ginger and lemongrass panna cotta served with mango chutney and white sesame tuille.
On June 19—the night of the party—Table 45 will feature a very special menu to celebrate the event. Be sure to make dinner reservations for the night well in advance so that you can enjoy a meal before attending the party or can pop out during the evening and return to the party later.
The Intercontinental Hotel  is the official hotel of the Summer Solstice Party, offering those who want to stick around for the entire night a very special deal: a room for two (excluding suites), plus parking, and breakfast for two, for just $129. Just mention the Summer Solstice Party when you make your reservation.
