As a member, do I need a timed ticket? How do I reserve one?
Yes, everyone requires a timed ticket to enter the exhibition, including CMA members. Members may reserve their free tickets during the weekly ticket sales happening throughout the run of the show. Members may also purchase additional tickets if they’ve already reserved their free tickets.
Weekly ticket sales will take place every Monday throughout the run of the exhibition beginning at 9:00 a.m. until tickets sell out for that day’s allotment. Limited availability for all dates. Tickets are only available online or by phone at 216-421-7350. The museum strongly encourages purchasing tickets online as phone sales will have longer wait times.
However, based on the exhibition’s popularity, tickets are expected to be reserved quickly, so we recommend booking your first-choice time slot, as you may not have another opportunity. Tickets are not guaranteed, although we hope to accommodate as many members as possible.
Do I need an active membership to book tickets?
In order to reserve free tickets to the exhibition your membership account must be active through the date on your ticket. You do not need to be a member to purchase tickets.
