Discover the joy of portrait painting in oil in the tradition passed down from the masters. Students will follow a step-by-step process and learn about their materials, blocking in, color mixing, and brushwork. Students will copy from a painting of their choice for four weeks and work from a model for the last sessions. Classes will begin with a demonstration, then students will receive individual instruction as they work. Beginners to advanced.
