The Musart Society supports the activities of the Department of Performing Arts, Music, and Film at the Cleveland Museum of Art. The Department presents concerts, recitals, radio broadcasts, recordings, and lectures with an emphasis on a broad range of repertoire, ranging from medieval music to the most recent trends in contemporary music; at the same time, it presents performances of the highest integrity and artistic merit. To this end, the Musart Society seeks to increase local and regional interest and provide financial support.
