In an effort to make your ticket buying experience more convenient, CMA is pleased to offer a brand new Online Box Office. Following are the terms and conditions requisite to purchasing online. Please read this information carefully and acknowledge acceptance by clicking the button at the bottom of the page.

Thank you for purchasing your tickets online!

• Tickets purchased at the CMA Online Box Office (or over the phone through our regular Box Office) are subject to a per ticket service charge of $1 each for CMA Members and $2 each for non-members.
• Confirmation emails for your online transactions with us will be generated from the address Online_Box_office@clevelandart.org. Please be sure to whitelist or add this address to your email client's address book to ensure timely and proper delivery to you.
• CMA Members may be required to enter their Member ID (located on your membership card) to receive member pricing online automatically.
• Once your selection is made, you will have 10 minutes to complete your transaction. At that time the system will time out and you will need to begin your order again.
• Currently, Adult Studio and Children's art classes are not available for sale online. If you are trying to purchase one of these classes, please contact the CMA Box Office directly.
• There are no refunds or exchanges with tickets purchased online. Please make sure to double-check your dates/times before finalizing your order.
