CLEVELAND (April 27, 2012) – The Cleveland Museum of Art and Bon Appétit Management Company announced today the appointment of Sherri Schultz to the Director of Catering position, which will oversee the museum's new meetings and events program. Schultz brings with her over 10 years worth of catering, sales, and hospitality experience. Prior to joining Cleveland Museum of Art, Schultz was the Director of Catering with AVI at Cleveland Clinic Main Campus.
In addition, she gained invaluable experience during her time spent as Director of Sales and Catering with Levy Restaurants at Cleveland Browns Stadium where she was selected as a national corporate sales trainer to mentor new sales managers joining the Levy team, and traveled frequently to help execute their major events nationally.
