Join us for an unforgettable night of art, dancing, music, food and fun on Friday, December 2

Cleveland (November 15, 2022)—Get up, get down and dance around at the hottest Holiday FUNKtion of the season. The Cleveland Museum of Art (CMA) will host MIX: Holiday FUNKtion on Friday, December 2, from 6 to 10 p.m. An exciting, upbeat night of art, music and dance, this ticketed event features two rock steady sets of funk by Cleveland’s own Shoreline Funk All-Stars, who recently won Best New Artist at this year’s Cleveland Music Awards.

“MIX: Holiday FUNKtion is anything but your ordinary holiday party,” said Gabe Pollack, director of performing arts at the CMA. “We’re kicking off the holiday season with great people, great music, great food and, of course, remarkable art.”

Guests can boogie to the beat while visiting the galleries and enjoying all that CMA has to offer, including Impressionism to Modernism: The Keithley Collection—an extraordinary collection of more than 100 masterworks and the largest gift of art to the museum in more than 60 years—at no additional charge. A festive food and drink selection curated by Bon Appétit will also be available for purchase.

Tickets for this highly anticipated event are now available. Reserve your free member ticket today. Tickets are $12 for nonmembers when purchased in advance and $15 for nonmembers when purchased online on December 2. If available, nonmember tickets will be $20 at the door. Advance purchases are strongly recommended, as this event is expected to sell out quickly. Normal member and nonmember parking rates apply.
