Annual Benefit for the Cleveland Museum of Art Promotes Prints and Print Collecting
CLEVELAND (April 14, 2025)—Join us for the Print Club of Cleveland’s 40th annual Fine Print Fair, from Friday, April 25, through Sunday, April 27, 2025, in the Cleveland Museum of Art’s Ames Family Atrium. The fair’s hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. During the fair, visitors can browse and shop one of the nation’s most comprehensive displays of fine prints, learn about works on paper through demonstrations and consultations, and enjoy a day at the world-class CMA. The Fine Print Fair is the Print Club of Cleveland’s annual benefit for the CMA’s print collection, supporting the club’s mission of promoting prints and print collecting. The fair is free and open to the public.
“We are always excited to host the Print Club’s Fine Print Fair, but this year is special, marking the fair’s 40th year,” said Emily Peters, curator of prints and drawings at the CMA. “For four decades, the club’s members have worked tirelessly to bring an annual print fair to Cleveland. Now one of the largest print fairs in the country, it’s become a cherished part of Cleveland’s cultural calendar.”
“Featuring 15 fine print dealers from across the country presenting a wide range of work, the Fine Print Fair is a fantastic opportunity to learn about prints or to augment existing knowledge, to enjoy the experience of looking at prints close-up or to begin building a collection,” said the CMA’s Britany Salsbury, curator of prints and drawings.
On Thursday, April 24, the Print Club of Cleveland kicks off the fair with its Preview Party from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. Be the first to view and acquire outstanding pieces at one of the largest displays of works on paper in the country, featuring dealers whose inventories range from Renaissance prints to contemporary editions. Mingle and shop with fellow print enthusiasts while enjoying appetizers and a complimentary drink. A cash bar is also available. Purchase tickets to the Preview Party through the event’s web page.
