A steel knife with a wide, leaf-shaped blade extends into a sharp point, featuring a dark, mottled surface and central ridge. The yellowish-brown horn handle narrows in the center, cinched by a thin dark band. It is topped by a three-pointed pommel: a tall metallic center point flanked by two shorter projections. A dark metal piece fastens the base of the blade to the handle.
