A rectangular limestone relief depicts scrolling vines and grape clusters carved across a long block. Deeply carved branches loop into circular patterns that frame pointed leaves and rounded clusters. Muted reddish-brown pigment remains on the fruit, with hints of yellow on the leaves. The stone surface is weathered and pitted with worn edges. This horizontal composition flows across the block, where deep recesses create shadows that define the intertwining organic forms.
