The number of sides on this bowl make it the shape of a hendecagon, or an eleven-sided polygon.
This eleven-sided bowl features stylized leaves on each of its flat surfaces. These leaves may refer to Orrefors’s location within Sweden’s Småland forests. The bowl’s charcoal translucency was a popular shade of glass coloring throughout the 20th century.
