About The Event
Drawing inspiration from the works on display in Painting the French Riviera, Cleveland Ballet presents its program “Painting the French Riviera.”
Evoking the sparkling Mediterranean coastline, seaside promenades, lush gardens, and luminous resort towns of the Côte d’Azur, the program brings together movement, music, and painterly imagery to capture a world of elegance, color, and escape. With choreography that suggests shifting light, ocean breezes, and the effortless glamour of a coastal holiday, “Painting the French Riviera” invites audiences into a vivid landscape where dance becomes a living canvas of warmth, sophistication, and joy.
