About The Event

The Community Arts Center invites you to make your own cosplay creation in celebration of Lake Erie Ink’s fourth annual Teen Party! Participants have the opportunity to design and build costumes inspired by their favorite character or storyline with artist Brandi Blocker. You are welcome to restyle an old costume or craft props from scratch. Let your imagination roam free! This workshop is open to people of all ages and artistic abilities. Teens are highly encouraged to participate.

Wear your costume to Lake Erie Ink’s free Teen Party on Friday, March 6, from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. at the Community Arts Center, hosted by Brandi Blocker. This fun event features a cosplay contest, trivia, games, drawing, and writing with guest artists! Registration is now open on Lake Erie Ink’s website (opens in a new tab).

On Saturday, March 7, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., visit the Community Arts Center for Lake Erie Ink’s 14th annual Kids’ Comic Con! Attend workshops, visit the artists’ alley, learn new skills, and amplify your creativity at this all-day event! This joyful, welcoming event centers young voices and creative expression in all forms. Registration is required.
