In association with A Graphic Revolution: Prints and Drawings in Latin America, San Antonio-based artist Michael Menchaca debuts a performance drawing on his artwork Hasta La Casta and the CMA’s collection of ancient Mesoamerican art to address the Spanish Caste system’s societal influence over how we perceive race today. The program also includes a discussion between Menchaca and community leaders about intercultural Latinx leadership. Free; registration suggested.
