About The Event
Karamu House presents A Turning Point, an intimate stage production in which the audience is seated on the Gartner Auditorium stage. The evening includes poetry, prose, music, and movement, featuring work from Langston Hughes, Zora Neale Hurston, Duke Ellington, Nina Simone, and contemporary artists, to celebrate the exhibition Karamu Artists Inc.: Printmaking, Race, and Community.
