About The Event

Celebrate New Year’s early at the Community Arts Center’s Noon Year’s Eve Party! Set your intentions for the new year with art therapist Celie Gandarilla as she leads a festive art-making activity from 10:00 to 11:45 a.m. Then, join us at noon for a special balloon toss to ring in 2026! 

Free. All ages. All experience levels. Supplies included. 

Arcelia (Celie) Gandarilla is a Cleveland-born Puerto Rican–raised artist, board-certified registered art therapist, community builder, and creative. She is most interested in sharing her love for art as a healing tool, her Puerto Rican culture, and her love of community. Arcelia has a passion for sharing memories and reminiscing, identifying positive affirmations and intentions, bringing people together, and assisting others in experiencing something new. She also has a passion for exploring Cleveland’s food and art scenes and enjoys gathering inspiration from nature. You can view Celie’s artwork and travels on her Instagram page (@artedecelie).

Arcelia (Celie) Gandarilla es una artista nacida en Cleveland y criada en Puerto Rico, terapeuta de arte registrada y certificada, constructora de comunidad y creativa. Está más interesada en compartir su amor por el arte como herramienta de sanación, su cultura puertorriqueña y su amor por la comunidad. Arcelia tiene pasión por compartir recuerdos y rememorar, identificar afirmaciones e intenciones positivas, unir a las personas y ayudar a otros a experimentar algo nuevo. También le apasiona explorar la escena culinaria y artística de Cleveland y disfrutar de la inspiración de la naturaleza.
