About The Event

Join us for docent-guided tours that highlight Jewish ceremonial art, artworks by Jewish artists, and other art objects related to Rosh Hashanah. Literally meaning “Head of the Year” in Hebrew, Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year. Spanning the first two days of the Hebrew month of Tishrei, it commemorates the creation of the world and marks the start of the High Holidays, a 10-day period of introspection and repentance.
