About The Event
Photographers Alex Webb and Rebecca Norris Webb will present a variety of work during this joint artist talk, featuring photographs from the creative couple’s two recent collaborative books—Alex Webb and Rebecca Norris Webb on Street Photography and the Poetic Image (Aperture, 2014) and Memory City (Radius Books, 2014)—as well as work from their first collaboration, Violet Isle: A Duet of Photographs from Cuba (Radius Books, 2009). The Webbs will also show work from Alex’s Aperture monograph, The Suffering of Light (Aperture, 2011), and Rebecca’s third book, My Dakota (Radius Books, 2012).
