Frequently Asked Questions
To withdraw from a class and receive a full refund, please contact the youth and family engagement team five (5) days before the scheduled class start date (familyyouthinfo@clevelandart,org; 216-707-2470). Consideration may be taken in cases involving emergency situations. This five-day policy allows participants time to purchase class materials and contact teaching staff with enrollment information, and it permits the museum time to contact wait-listed students.
