Arches of Tradition

Baseball is a sport rich in tradition. The nine arches in the mural symbolize the nine innings in a baseball game. Each contains a sports legend from Cleveland Indians/League Park history. The arches are doorways from the past to the present to the future. The past is where our sports legends created memories of success and victory. The sky represents the present. The father is passing down tradition to his son, who represents the future. The brick wall represents stability and strength.
