Summer Creativity Camps
Play and experiment in these weekly art-filled camps bursting with engaging gallery games and hands-on activities. Camps take place on-site at the Cleveland Museum of Art. Campers spend the mornings exploring art in the galleries with the CMA’s gallery teachers and afternoons flexing their creative muscles.
Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Age groups: 5–7, 8–9, 10–12, 13–16

To withdraw from a class and receive a full refund, please contact the youth and family engagement team seven (7) days before the scheduled class start date (familyyouthinfo@clevelandart,org; 216-707-2470). Consideration may be taken in cases involving emergency situations. This seven-day policy allows participants time to purchase class materials and contact teaching staff with enrollment information, and it permits the museum time to contact wait-listed students.
Yes, campers enrolled in a session can now stay from 4:00–5:00 pm for an extra hour of supervised activities and play. Spots are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes, scholarships are limited and awarded based on financial need and the order in which applications are received. Application for Summer Camp 2026 can be found here.
Children should bring a packed lunch, water bottle, sunscreen, and any medications that they require. Note: Staff are unable to dispense medication. Please ensure the disclosure of any medical accommodations needed on the camper form. We also recommend a jacket as the museum can get chilly!
