A pair of octagonal, dark gray metal plaques features raised designs of birds and scrolling foliage. At the center of each, a bird with long tail feathers stands amidst leaf patterns; the birds face inward toward each other. A border of small dots frames the edges. The weathered surfaces show visible wear and indentations, with light catching on the metallic relief in contrast to the dark, textured background.
