An octagonal metal pillow end features a central bird with raised wings and fanning tail feathers. From our viewpoint, the bird's head turns back toward the left, surrounded by scrolling vines and foliage that fill the interior. A double border of raised dots traces the octagonal edge. The silver-gray surface displays dark, textured oxidation throughout the repoussé design, capturing light across the hammered relief.
