A vertically oriented brocaded silk and metal thread velvet fragment features symmetrical leaf and floral patterns in muted green against a shimmering gray background. Gold threads trace the edges of the raised design. Straight on the left and top, the bottom right corner curves inward. Ornate, curling foliage spreads from a central vertical axis to form repeating medallions, creating a decorative surface of glinting silver and green.
